Registration details for online-only participation in the National Summit

Registration is calculated in Canadian dollars and includes online access to all the Summit Plenary sessions and the opportunity to contribute to one priority area during the two-day event. Register online using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), by clicking here (registration form). You will be transferred to our secure server registration program.

Technical/System Requirements

In order to ensure a successful online National Summit experience, an internet connection with video and audio streaming capabilities is recommended. PC-based attendees require: Windows® 7, Vista, XP or 2003 Server. Macintosh®-based attendees require: Mac OS® X 10.5 or newer.

Cancellations

All conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to Ann Gratton by email (contact information below). Telephone requests will not be honored.

After November 14 – no refunds

Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
