Registration details for the in-person event in Ottawa 

Registration is calculated in Canadian dollars and includes access to all conference sessions, all health breaks and meals, including the opening reception on Monday evening, November 28, 2011 and dinner on Tuesday, November 29, 2011.

Cancellations

All conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing as indicated below. Requests must be sent to Ann Gratton by email. Telephone requests will not be honored.

Full Refunds – More than 30 Days’ Notice: To receive a full refund, written requests MUST BE RECEIVED no later than 30 days prior to the conference and will be subject to a $50 administration fee.

50% Refunds – Less than 30 Days’ Notice: Requests for refunds within 30 days of the start of the conference will be subject to a 50% refund.

No refunds – Within 2 weeks: Requests for refunds within two weeks of the start of the conference will not be eligible for any refund.

Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.

Non-Solicitation

The Summit is not intended to be an opportunity for solicitation of any kind, including: solicitation for business, fund development or grants. Therefore, participants are asked to adhere to our policy of non-solicitation of summit attendees.
